Telephone Consultation
The Request a Time page allows you to select a convenient time for a consultation. When the time is booked, you must leave your phone number so WE CALL YOU at that time. This is because we may not be able to call at exactly at the appointed time due to unforseen circumstances. We will try to be close.


In-Office Appointments, Two Venues (Locations)
1. In-Office visit, Burlington Clinic
2. In-Office visit, East Hamilton/Stoney Creek Clinic

The In-office Visits Offer Three Optional Therapies as a package.
1. Spinal Manipulation Therapy
2. LASER Therapy including LASER Acupoint Therapy
3. Deep Fibre Trigger Point Therapy

You can have them all for the same low fee or choose them individually.

Fees are $35 per fifteen minute period for the package of therapies

There Are Four Types of Therapy Appointments.
1. New Visit (You are a new client and have never been into the office before.)
          Consultation, History, and Examination booking 45 minutes, $60.
2. Subsequent or Return visit. (A normal return visit.) 15 minutes, $35.
3. Crisis Care Visit (You are a client already, but are in crisis and will need more time.) Two 15 minute bookings, $45.
4. Free, Introductory In-office Consultation  (10 minutes).

Notification Policy
If you cannot keep your appointment please notify us. You will be allowed to rebook at another time with no penalty. Just send us a new Request a Time request indicating the old time in the comments section.

The Handling Fees
Please keep in mind that everytime that you pay us a fee on the Internet, we are charged a handling fee by the merchant account process. It is best for you to reschedule a visit rather than cancelling one.

PayPal
All payments are made by PayPal.
PayPal is a secure credible company that is becoming the standard for payments on the Internet. You do not need to take out an account with PayPal any longer in order to buy things on the Internet with PayPal.

When Purchasing by PayPal
When you make purchases by PayPal an email is sent to LIA Head Office by PayPal indicating that you made a purchase. That email is posted automatically to your account so that we have a cross reference of your payment and so we can create a statement of your account for you.

Your Data
Your data is kept private and not divulged or sold to anyone. You will note that your real name is NOT accociated with your data unless you use it in the registration process.

The LIA Roadway
The LIA roadway to optimal health and wellness has five basic steps.

At the end of a year you will have a progress chart generated that will indicate how well you have done. Your last Report of Findings from your last Questionnaire will indicate where you should place your priorities for further improvement.

When You Register
When you register at PRLStore.com an account is created in your codename. That account is destroyed after one year of no activity. A statement of your purchases can be created monthly or yearly if you need one for your records or for insurance purposes.
