Dr. Ouellette has been practising chiropractic in Ontario, Canada since 1973. He has a master of Science in Biology/Nutrition 1987, and is a certified member of the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) 1989. Dr. Ouellette has been practising acupuncture in addition to chiropractic and nutrition therapy since 1984 and is certified for acupuncture treatments with the Acupuncture Council of Ontario. Dr. Ouellette uses several types of Cold Low LASER therapies in his clinics since 1985.
